1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services
NGI provides professional security and investigative services pursuant to written agreements, proposals, or service contracts. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined in the applicable service agreement.
3. Invoicing & Billing
Invoicing
NGI will issue invoices for services rendered in accordance with the applicable service agreement
Invoices may be issued weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly, or upon completion of services, depending on contract terms
Invoices will be delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed in writing
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated on the invoice or service agreement
Accepted payment methods may include ACH transfer, check, or other approved payment methods
4. Late Payments & Fees
Any invoice not paid by the due date is considered past due
Past‑due balances are subject to a late payment fee of 2% per month, calculated monthly on the outstanding balance
Late fees will continue to accrue until the balance is paid in full
NGI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with unpaid balances
Client agrees that late payment fees represent a reasonable estimate of administrative and financing costs incurred due to delayed payment.
5. Non‑Payment & Collections
NGI reserves the right to pursue collection efforts for unpaid balances
Client is responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees, to the extent permitted by law
6. Service Suspension
NGI may suspend services without notice for:
Non‑payment or delinquent accounts
Safety concerns
Breach of contract or these Terms and Conditions
Suspension of services does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Ensure a safe working environment for NGI personnel
Promptly report concerns or incidents related to services
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.
NGI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NGI, its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the client’s use of services, except to the extent caused by NGI’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Website content is provided for informational purposes only
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of website content is prohibited
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
